Three talented postdoctoral research fellows have joined the ARC Laureate project. Each brings unique skills and experiences that will play a key role in the project.

Meet the New Team Members:

  • Dr. Yangyang Guo, Postdoctoral Fellow – Yangyang has extensive experience in conceptual and quantitative modelling techniques such as linear programming and material flow analysis (MFA), putting his skill towards addressing complex issues in urban sustainability and energy efficiency.

  • Dr. Sombol Mokhles, Postdoctoral Fellow – Sombol works with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and is interested in expanding climate networking that highlights the potential of including diverse cities (including smaller cities, without global city status and cities from the Global South) to identify opportunities for establishing more resilient city networks.

  • Dr. Thi Minh Phuong Nguyen (Minh), Postdoctoral Fellow – With a strong background in qualitative research, Minh's research sits at the intersection of sustainability experimentation, urban transitions, and climate governance.

  • Dr. Eri Kashima, Project Officer - As an former ARC Laureate PhD, Eri brings administrative and logistical support to the Laureate team.

Welcome to the team, and we look forward to what we’ll accomplish together.
